Guy
Nissenson – Chairman of
the Board
Mr. Nissenson serves as Chairman of the Board of Xfone
USA and has been the President, Chief Executive Officer,
and Director of its parent company, Xfone, Inc. (AMEX:XFN),
since its inception. Mr. Nissenson joined Swiftnet, Ltd.
in October 1999 and became a Director of Swiftnet, Ltd.
in May 2000 and later served as its Managing Director
in October 2003. Mr. Nissenson was Marketing Manager of
RADA Electronics Industries in Israel from May 1997 to
October 1998 and was an Audit and Control Officer with
the rank of Lieutenant of the Israeli Defense Forces -
Central Drafting Base and other posts from March 1993
to May 1997. In July 2000, Mr. Nissenson received his
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from
Kings College - University of London and in September
2001, received a Master of Business Administration (MBA)
in International Business from Royal Holloway at the University
of London in London, United Kingdom. |

Barbara Andrews Baldwin –
Board Member, President and CEO
Mrs. Baldwin holds a B.B.A. and M.B.A. in Business Administration from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas. She has been employed by NTS Communications for more than 23 years. Since joining NTS, Mrs. Baldwin has held a variety of positions and has been directly responsible for sales and marketing, management information systems, customer service and account administration. She has served as president for the past 11 years. |

Brian
Acosta -
Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Acosta serves as the Company’s Chief Technical
Officer (CTO) and is a board member. Prior to the merger
with Xfone USA, Mr. Acosta served as the CTO and Chairman
of the Board for I-55 Internet Services, Inc. since
1995. Mr. Acosta also serves on the Board of Directors
for the Federation of Internet Service Providers Association
(FISPA), which coordinates the activities and addresses
the problems of ISPs throughout the South. In 1996,
Mr. Acosta was responsible for the implementation of
I-55’s transition from a bank of analog dial-in modems
to its current, all-digital equipment and permanent
network topology. Mr. Acosta also designed and implemented
the company’s modern data center at 1515 Poydras Street
in New Orleans, Louisiana along with up grading and
integrating auxiliary and redundant units in Gulfport,
Mississippi and parts of Northern Mississippi. Mr. Acosta
is responsible for the technical vision for the Company
and the implementation of new technical projects and
product lines. |

Hunter McAllister –
Vice President of Business Development
Mr. McAllister serves as the Company’s Vice President
of Business Development and is a board member. Mr. McAllister
is primarily responsible for the management of line costs
and product management, as well as interconnection matters. Prior
to the merger with Xfone USA in March 2006, Mr. McAllister
served as President/CEO and a board member of I-55 Internet
Services, Inc. in Hammond, LA and helped to create and
develop I-55 Telecommunications, LLC in New Orleans, LA. Mr.
Prior to his position as CEO, Mr. McAllister began with
the Company in 1997 as Director of Internet services.
In 1998 Mr. McAllister became CEO and through acquisitions
and new marketing strategies helped the Company grow
from 2,000 subscribers in 1997 to over 20,000 subscribers
in the fall of 2005. Mr. McAllister led the acquisition
of a debt facility of six million dollars in late
1999 to assist in the growth of the Company through acquisitions
of several large Internet service providers. Mr. McAllister
earned a BS from the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse
College of Commerce and Business Administration.
He served as a member of i-55 Internet Services board
of directors and currently has a seat on Xfone USA’s board. |

Robert
“Bob” McNair – Director Business Sales Eastern Region
Mr. McNair serves as the Company’s Vice President of
Sales and is responsible for all aspects of the
Company’s Business Sales. Mr. McNair is a seasoned
telecommunications professional and oversees all field
sales operations, including Enterprise and Carrier
sales. Prior to joining Xfone USA, Mr. McNair served in
sales management positions for Level 3 Communications,
TelCove and ITC DeltaCom. Additionally, Mr. McNair
served as President of Executone of Mississippi. Mr.
McNair has extensive experience in acquisitions and
divestitures as well as a strong financial background
where he has served as Senior Vice President and CFO for
Mitchell International. |
