IN FOURTH QUARTER OF 2006

JACKSON, Mississippi – February 26, 2007 -- XFONE, Inc. (AMEX and TASE: XFN) ("XFONE" or "the Company"), an international diversified communications services company, today announced that its Israeli subsidiary, XFONE 018 Ltd., achieved its first quarter of profitability in the fourth quarter of 2006.
