Lifeline and LinkUp telephone assistance programs are available to qualifying customers of Xfone USA as adopted by the MS Public Service Commission.

Lifeline can save up to $8.25 per month on basic local telephone service.  The credit cannot exceed the charge for basic local telephone service in your area.

LinkUp can save 50% of the initial charges to hook up basic local telephone service; or $30.00 whichever is less.

Who is eligible?  Customers who qualify under one of the following economic assistance programs: Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) previously known as AFDC; Supplemental Security Income (SSI); Food Stamps; Medicaid; Federal Public Housing Assistance (FHPA); Low Income Energy Assistance Programs (LIHEAP); and the National School Lunch Program’s Free Lunch Initiative (NLSP).  The named subscriber of the local telephone service must participate in one of these assistance programs in order for that household to receive Lifeline support.  Once qualified, you will receive a Qualifying Certificate from your county social services office.  Forward the certificate to:
