Description of Core Services
Xfone can provide the Residential
Consumer (“Customer”) with single rate packages providing bundled
programs for local telephone, long distance, Dial-Up and DSL
services. The XNET packages include local dial tone, multiple
features, unlimited** long distance minutes of use and Internet
access for a single monthly rate. This service also provides
the Customer with a single bill for local service, long distance
service and Internet access, all on a budgeted monthly rate.
The XNET Service Offering is available in all Zones throughout
Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi.
To establish new service, a one time deposit will be required
depending upon the credit score of each subscriber, and an Installation
Fee is required up front when service is being ordered. A $130.00
Fee is also required up front for inside wiring or any inside
work to be performed to establish new residential service. This
Fee must be paid when service is ordered by Credit Card before
the work is performed. The methods of payment available are:
Monthly Billing, Credit Card or Bank Draft.

Important Information About Unlimited
Long Distance Usage
**Call detail is currently not available with this plan.
Customers must be subscribers to one of Xfone’s local telephone
services or plans and receive billing for each of these services
from the Company. Subscribers to this plan may use it only for
typical residential voice usage and may not use it for extended
Internet or data calling. Subscribers to this plan cannot use it
for any commercial use. Customer lines associated with
educational institutions, (colleges, universities, etc.) are not
eligible for this plan. Unlimited plan usage does not include
multi-party conference calls, calls to 900 numbers, directory
assistance, calling card, operator services, international
calling and toll free calling services. If Xfone determines that
usage under this plan is not consistent with typical Residential
Customer usage as described herein, the Customer will be subject
to an additional fee of $50.00 per month or offered an
alternative plan at the Company's sole discretion. For the
purposes of this plan, usage of more than 1,000 minutes per
month shall be considered not to be typical residential usage.
